Fox Sports reveals US doctor is a suspect in the deaths of two overdose victims
The man accused of fatally shooting two people at a Phoenix clinic has been identified by police as a suspect.
A grand jury on Tuesday indicted James P. Clements Jr., a 36-year-old former Marine, on a charge of murder in the death of 26-year old Brandon R. Miller.
Cables from the grand jury revealed that the man is believed to have fatally shot Miller and 26-week pregnant woman Heather Krasner, who was shot in the chest and died at a hospital in February.
Police have not released the names of the victims.
Miller was found in his car near the clinic.
Miller’s mother, Karen Miller, told The Associated Press that her son was a hardworking, caring, compassionate man.
“He never wanted to be a part of any violence,” she said.
I was so blessed to have him as my son. “
My son was the epitome of what I had come to expect from him.
I’m just so sad that it’s all over.”
