Allergy clinic in Lexington, CT receives $5 million from CT Medical Group
CLINTON, N.H. (AP) The city of Lexington, Connecticut, has received a $5.5 million donation from a company called Medi-Cal for its Allergy Clinic, a nonprofit that treats and treats people with asthma and allergies.
The money will be used to expand the clinic to treat people with allergies, as well as to help people with severe asthma.
The Allergy Clinical Clinic, which has offices in Cambridge, New Bedford and Manchester, was established in 2012.
The company said in a news release that it has had a long and productive partnership with the city.
It will also be using the funds to expand its allergy clinic to a large number of people with moderate to severe asthma and other chronic conditions, said Lauren Mazzucato, the chief executive of the Lexington-based company.
Mazzucatos said that the Allergy Clinics program is part of the broader effort to bring more people into the health care system and the country.
She said the Allergies Clinical Clinic was founded as a way to improve the lives of the community through its support of the people with whom it works.
